These JFM shampoo products weather it's with conditioner or not are easy to use and low maintenance. When used 4 days in a row, you'll achieve the blended color look you want and then you can just use it once a week or so to maintain the desired look. I recommend using a rubber glove to apply and rinse the shampoo as it stains fingers and skin. low maintenance fix for removing the gray
I really like this shampoo as it is a low maintenance, gradual way to remove the gray from your hair without looking like a noticeable dye job. I use it once a week or once every two weeks to keep the gray to a minimum. Does not damage or dry out my hair, so that's a plus. I recommend this shampoo highly, but you might want to use it carefully and not scrub it in to your hair too hard as it will stain (temporarily) your fingernails purple, so gloves might be an option. I am careful now, but the first time I used it, my nails were all purple, lol. No permanent damage, just looks weird for a few days. Performed exactly as advertised

Once a week application for great result
I have been applying Control GX for Light Shades for over two years now. Only once a week. I do not even know how much gray hair I had anymore. Not ready to look older
I don't feel as old as I am (66) and not ready to look my age. I have been using the product for several years now, along with the beard products.
