Only issue I had was when I pressed the stamp on to my nail I waited 30 minutes to put on a top coat and the stamped smeared on the nail. So I don't know if I should wait an hour. Most videos I watch the person buys the top coat on right away. Going to keep trying.3 users found this review helpful.
