    Stretches and will move with

    Stretches and will move with you, but dosent stay stuck. By the description I thought I would be using goo gone to take this stuff off, but turns out just going to bed will do the trick. Maybe I got a bad batch, I hope not because I bought 3 boxes of them. Maybe the other boxes have more stick power.

    Honestly, I’ve been using KT

    Honestly, I've been using KT for years and wouldn't have been able to get along without it, so when I saw the PF tape and thought I'd benefit from this specific type. I don't think it's better or as good as the extreme tape I've used in the past. I saw a KT tape rep use the extreme tape for PF configuring the foot. I tried it and it sure has helped! I'm staying with my old KT tape and just cut it to mimic the other. I was surprised it didn't perform like the other has so many times in the past.

    I love this product! I
