Terrible
Why in the world is the middle of the pencil empty to the tip is always breaking it has not been one instance where this has happened it has been multiple times I bought this product and it has happened will never buy again if I could give it a 0 I wouldReply from lorealparisusa.com1 year agoHi BEMC! Lasted a Week—Maybe!
Honestly, this is the worst brow pencil I've ever used. Even with the lightest hand, the barely exposed tip broke. Each use. I'd of course swivel it a bit. But often the swivel would retract. Swivel again. Snap! Waste of money. Back to my old faithful "it Brow Power." At my age, that other brand will outlast me. Love L's "tube" mascara ("Double Extend") , but the ultra fine brow pencil is a waste of money.Reply from lorealparisusa.com1 year agoHello YaleMichMom. Love the pencil, hate the size
I have been using your brow pencil for a number of years. Just replaced it yesterday and I am so surprised to find the size has decreased by almost 2/3, from 250 mg to 90 mg, yet the price was essentially the same. Not enough product inside

Not worth the $
I liked the color and application but the pencil is gone on 2 weeks with regular 1x a day use.
