    Could be great with some improvements

    I go through these way too fast, you are charging the same amount for less product, not impressed. Then the one I recently got is chipping away leaving black specks all over my brows, I haven't seen this before. I have bought many of these over the last couple years and wish it lived up to the hype.

    Looks great!

    It doesn't last as long as I would like and is very soft so it can break easily. I love the color tone.

    Terrible

    Why in the world is the middle of the pencil empty to the tip is always breaking it has not been one instance where this has happened it has been multiple times I bought this product and it has happened will never buy again if I could give it a 0 I would

    Lasted a Week—Maybe!

    Honestly, this is the worst brow pencil I've ever used. Even with the lightest hand, the barely exposed tip broke. Each use. I'd of course swivel it a bit. But often the swivel would retract. Swivel again. Snap! Waste of money. Back to my old faithful "it Brow Power." At my age, that other brand will outlast me. Love L's "tube" mascara ("Double Extend") , but the ultra fine brow pencil is a waste of money.

    Runs out too soon

    I love the product but it runs out too soon with no warning. There should be refills - more economical and less waste.

    Love the pencil, hate the size

    I have been using your brow pencil for a number of years. Just replaced it yesterday and I am so surprised to find the size has decreased by almost 2/3, from 250 mg to 90 mg, yet the price was essentially the same. It's a great product, easy to use and looks good, but I'll be looking around for one that offers a little more bang for the buck.
