I have been using this product for years because I grew up with my mom using it. The new formula is not good and the scent is not good. Terrible please bring back the old formula
What is this new look about?I used this cream for few years , recently I bought and omg it’s not the cream I know, the scent it’s awful it’s not moisturizing my face it’s making my face and eyes to burn for two days I have a red eye , that’s the meaning of that new look red, burned, itchy face???stop experimenting on our faces do on your first before you put on a shelve and charge money for this mistake that we paying with money, pain and sufferingReply from Customer Care Center4 weeks agoHello! Awful
I've been using this product for years and loved it and the scent. I absolutely can't stand the new product. The smell is horrible, and the product doesn't moisturize like the original did. I lucked out and found an original on the shelf of my local store, but I don't know what I'll switch to when that's gone. Please bring back the old formula!

New formula burns
I've been using this cream for years and it was amazing. Recently I bought the "new formula" and it burned my skin and left a welt under my eyes. I now have a brown spot where the welt was. I'm not happy and finding a new face cream after so many years is going to be a pain also. You should bring the old cream formula back!Reply from Customer Care Center1 month agoHello! New formula doesn’t work
I have to agree with the recent reviews. The new formula is below par. My skin is dried out within a couple hours instead of lasting all day like it used to. Plus I now smell like watermelon candy. The previous fragrance was pleasant. It appears the reviews were overwhelmingly positive before you decided to "fix" this. I hope you will return to the old formula. Don’t use new formula!
New formula is terrible! Be careful. Purchased the fragrance free as I usually do. Broke out with horrible rash on the neck. Same day went & purchased regular product. Same result only not as bad.
