Unusable Conditioner!
I have used this brand for several years. However, you recently changed the packaging of the conditioner inside the box. The last three times I bought it, the conditioner has been split open inside the box. Which leaves me with no conditioner! I wasn't surprised to see someone else comment about having the same problem. Maybe I need to find a different brand next time.

Less is not best
I have used L'Oréal excellence #8 medium blonde for over 25 years. I only do the roots. The last 2 times I used it, there was barely enough product to finish all my roots. The box reads new and improved, however less was not listed. Very disappointed with the "upgrade".

Poor tube quality
I purchased shade 6G and the conditioner inside was exposed because of a broken tube at the seam. It's a shame because the hair color is awesome.

Good dye with decent coverage (2+ boxes rec)
I used the shade, "Dark Ash Brown 4a", the color comes out looking almost black at first glance, washing your hair very thoroughly helps a ton. If you have thick and/or long hair, I heavily recommend buying 2+ boxes. My box dye came out splotchy because I didn't have enough product. Overall a good dye.

Turns to a copper/orange color.
The brown shades don't last. They all turn to a red/copper color after a few washes. Can you tell me why this happens? I've tried warm tones and ash tones. I don't want orange hair.

Great Dye but consistent breaking of Condit.Tube
The quality of the dye is great. What is seriously lacking in quality recently is the tube of conditioner. Not the conditioner itself, but the quality of the tube. It consistently breaks open due to the poor quality of the seam.I thought it was an isolated incident, but it isn't . I have bought several packages now and everyone has the poorly constructed tube of conditioner.
