Have been using the same color for years, Champagne blonde, but this new formula turned my hair very dark! Now I will have to spend a fortune to fix this mess. Very unhappy! Like the dye,not the conditioner anymore.

98% coverage...beautiful color
I have used this for years, happily. Of late it isnt completely covering my grey around face. I have to touch up with another root product. I do love it tho and love the new shampoo and conditioner.
