Their new formula sucks
They changed their formula and now it's HORRIBLE. What did you do?
How upsetting. Reading the reviews I know I am not alone. Purchased this once, and LOVED my whole entire make up look.. This was a game changer and I am a makeup girl so I know what I'm talking about. When I was ready to purchase again I noticed a huge difference. All the colors are very light and in the warm/yellow tone family. Where are the Cool/pinks tones? How is it possible to change a product this much especially a good one. Reading the replies to each unhappy customer clearly translates to Loreal not listening. Listen to your customers, and please bring back the old formula. Formula and Shades are changed
DO NOT BUY! They changed the formula and shades. Shades are totally off. Its not the same product as before, its drying. NOT IT!!!
It seems like I am not the only one who wants L'oreal to go back to the formula used previously on the infallible full wear - more than concealer- concealer! TBH, I'm seriously disappointed with the change!! I had finally found a concealer that WAS PERFECT and now it's like, this new blend, which has the red label (24hr wear) is not it at all! Like everyone else commenting, the new blend has made my concealer lighter and makes me look dead, like it does not align with the original color at all! Can someone please let HBIC know WE the Consumer want you to go back to the previous formula!! Ugh I'm so sad they changed the shades!! The older pink cap shades are completely different than the red cap shades now. They are so much lighter it's crazy Cashew was my go to fall/winter color and I bought a new one and it looks like a fair to light shade on me. New red top not the same as original
I love this concealer, the original 350 has a black and silver top. Now it's made with a red top and the same shade 350 is not the same color at all. Why is that? This is the only concealer that works for my dark circles and now it's a different shade and consistency. Please go back to the original formulaReply from L'Oreal Paris1 year agoHello Dede!
