AWFUL EYELINER
I don't buy expensive cosmetics a.k.a. Mac, Sephora etc. however I always thought L'Oreal was a more top line versus some of the other brands I can find in stores like CVS or Rite Aid etc. I've been happy with other products of theirs but this eyeliner pencil is just awful. It's flakes, it's very dry, and you end up breaking pieces of it off trying to use or sharpen it to get rid of waxy outside. Waste of money. Do not buy!

Horrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product doesn't live up to the 24 hour wear, waterproof and smudge resistant. Very disappointed!
I finally found an eyeliner that was mechanical, fine tipped (but smudgeable), waterproof, and did a decent job staying on all day. I was so please with it that I went out and bought several tubes so I would have it at home, at each of my offices, in my travel bag and in work-out kit. Quite an investment! Unfortunately, within a few weeks of buying the one I use the most had turned hard and dry. It not only broke off within the tube, but would no longer even make a mark, much less go on smoothly. And now some of my less-used pencils are starting to do the same thing. What a waste! Clearly there's something wrong with this formula and I'm very disappointed that Loreal didn't test it more thoroughly before putting it out in the market.Reply from L'Oréal ParisHace 4 añosBonjour! Not Recommended
The one make up item I must always wear is eyeliner. I always use a mechanical pencil eyeliner. I purchased this one and it seemed dried out. I thought I might have just got an old one so I purchased another and it was great for about a week. Then completely dry again.
