Will turn any gray you have purple!
Be careful if you have gray! The product details under shade UL61 Hi Lift Ash Brown state that it provides "beautiful gray coverage". Well, I will admit that purple is a pretty color, it's not what I was going for which was Ash Brown. If you have any gray patches be aware that they will be purple after using this product.

Fantastic color!
Finally I've found the great color I've always wanted! I really love the highlights I get, and no brassiness. I've had two stylists ask me who colors my hair, as they really like it! So please continue to make UL61 and I will always buy it!

This color or product was awful
It did a very weird patchy job… Ive been dying my hair with box dye for years. I dont know if its the color or this brand but it came out terrible. Now I have to wait for two weeks to redye.

L'oreal Paris Superior Preference
I like that it covers my gray, but it does not last 8 weeks, it fades & shows gray in a month. I am also disappointed that it is to much color for my short hair. I waste a lot of coloring. I only use about 1/4 if the bottle. I do not understand why you can't use it again. They should make a smaller amount for short hair. It would cut down on customer cost & waste. Also why is this made in Mexico? There is offices here, why can't they make it in the USA?

This is a nightmare
OMG! Going on vacation tomorrow with red hair. It was supposed to be dark blonde #7. Have no idea what to do with it! This is a nightmare!

Bought because of the no red or orange undertone advertising. My dark brown hair turned red. I look like a ginger now. I used hi lift ash brown
