    Shades

    Loreal true Match

    Deep Tones

    Why did you change shades?

    I've used W5 for years and loved it, but the shade changed when you switched the new style of bottle. The old W5 was labelled as "warm, sand beige" but new one says "warm, medium". This new shade looks muddy on me. What the heck?
