Bring Back Real Names to Confusing Codes
I have been using True Match Super-Blendable Powder in Natural Ivory for years. Attempted to purchase it today at my usual retailer and discovered that the color names are now omitted on the square containers. All that now identifies the shades is a confusing, overwhelming, unfriendly code scheme. Yes, I can look at your online chart, but it is impossible to match live skin tone to shades on a tech screen. Omitting the shade names is a really dumb decision for L'Oreal to make.

So disappointed :(
I am adding my voice to those that have expressed their disappointment with the new product/applicator for your True Match pressed powder. I am so disappointed that after several years of using this product every day, I now have to find a replacement. The new product and the applicator (square package) are vastly inferior to the old (round package). If fixed, I'll be back in a heartbeat. In the meantime, I'm moving on to a new brand altogether.

No longer inclusive.
Why discontinue C5? I will no longer use this product because it goes from C3 (way too light) to C6 (African). There's no in between, better change the name from True Match to Truly Garbage.

Don't Buy
So bad-can you understand from the number of VERY negative reviews how much business you have lost with this inferior new product and elimination of the sponge applicator-wake up-someone at Loreal made a BIG mistake!!! I will not buy again!!

My Go-To is Now Gone :(
HELP! The True Match Powder used to be my go-to for both everyday looks and theater makeup. The new formula and new applicator don't work for me at all. I even tried a few other colors than my normal. Please go back to the previous version - especially go back to the sponge! It was amazing. I used to look flawless, but now no powder is doing what your older version could! I don't intend to buy this again until I read about another change.

Not all change is good change
I used this product for many, many years. Since L'Oreal changed this product recently, it's awful. C1 used to be "alabaster". Now it's "light". The coverage is terrible, practically non-existent. I used to use this product as my all in one foundation and powder. Now that's impossible. The applicator now is garbage, too. This is very, very disappointing. Looks like I'll need to find a new product.

Need older powder version back!
The powder isn't the same as the older version and the pad is horrible and not spongy like it's so small too! Please bring back the older powder version

New version doesn’t do the job
This product has gone from 5 stars to junk. I've used it and loved it for 15 years. I loved how well it concealed acne and provided a flawless matte finish. Now, the best it does is remove some shine. Also, the new applicator is useless. I've bought sponges to replicate the old applicator, but I can't fix the change in the powder itself. I would've paid more to keep using the old product. Instead, I'll be looking to other brands.
