    Oh yes!

    Pleasantly surprised with this toy. At first I though it couldn't make a big difference but after using it while jogging makes this pastime more enjoyable ;)

    pretty much what you would imagine. They work, they are comfortable.

    I like them but...

    I’ve never used these before and they are nice and easy to use but I did expect to feel them more or to find it more difficult, doesn’t take much effort keeping them in.

    Interesting...

    It's kind of weird to feel the weight bouncing around inside the ball, but I like the concept and feel better about using them compared to a jade egg or similar. My only concern is keeping the strings clean long term. Perhaps a silicone string would have been better.
