After weeks of using it, the combination changed while locked on my gym locker. I can’t get my things now. I am absolutely livid. Too easily changes the combination on its own
Used only once; the second time I went to use it, I discovered that the lock had reset itself while in my gym bag. It has a design flaw that has been described by MULTIPLE other users. Waste of money
[Employee of masterlock] This lock is a waste of money. not worth the fight.
bought several for my class to lock their toolboxes. i have to make the students unlock it and lock it back before they put it in the toolbox otherwise it will reset itself. and every single time one of them will lock in the sideways position and you have to fight it to get it to unlock again.Reply from CS Rep1 year agoWe appreciate your feedback and apologize for your inconvenient experience with this product. Pass on this product!

Lock is of poor quality and jams up.
Two jammed on me and now I can’t get to my truck storage boxes. Set combination, opened once- now locked and will not open.
