I’m so disappointed as I actually like the product and it’s the only one I’ve found that gives me the finish I’m after, however after three uses, I was unable to twist it up any further.Reply from MaybellineHace 3 añosHi there! Can’t twist up after visible product is used!
What a waste of money! I loved the color & application - but when week one was done and I tried to twist it for more, there was no way to do that. It appears no one from Maybelline actually wears this product or they would realize this immediately. Quality of the product was awesome - worst dispenser ever. Short lived
The product itself is fine. There was no way to twist the product up. I was only able to use the short tip amount. So it lasted a week. Best Brow pencil EVER!!!!
I've looked for years for something that I could use on my brows that was easy and looked good. The Brow Ultra Slim is the best I've ever found. I hope you don't quit making it!! Bring back the old pencil!
I have been using this product for years and have loved how easy it is to make your brows look precise and filled in. Within the last couple months there has been a noticeable change in the quality. It is much lighter than it used to be and takes me 3 times longer just to get it somewhat shaded in. It never fully has the completely filled in look that I go for and the color is much more ashy. I am so sad that this product changed and that I will have to do some searching for a new pencil that will give me the old formula's results.Reply from MaybellineHace 4 añosHi Jennifer!
