I recently went to purchase my eyebrow duo which I have been using for years, and was so disappointed to see you no longer offer Auburn as a color choice. I tried blonde instead and the color just wasn't right for me. Plus, the application is no where near as great as your previous version of this product. Especially the powder end. I miss the old one
I never write reviews but I hate every change in this eye pencil. Is this a replacement for the BROW define and fill duo by eyestudio? I don't like anything about it now-the color, the pencil tip, the powder loading, etc. It used to be my favorite but I would never buy it again now.Reply from MaybellineHace 2 añosHi there! Application is easy; better pencils out there
I got this one when I was out of my original pencil brand & needed to save $. This one goes on ok. There was a learning curve for me bc of how the tip is shaped, the sponge end didn't really work as expected, I was disappointed the color was a tad too dark for me, & the pencil lacked a spoolie like my original brand. I'm still going to use it up bc I don't like to waste makeup but overall experience could have been better.Reply from MaybellineHace 3 añosHi ejmck85! New design is a fail.
I have loved and used this product for years and years! I especially love the powdered end. But I bought 3 different packages and the powdered end never did prime or loaded the applicator sponge end. I had to return all three. I have had many compliments on my brows and even recently recommended the product to a friend (which I now regret). Disappointed
I've bought this product several times before and never had a problem until now. For some reason when I purchased the same pencil three different times recently nothing comes out of the powder side. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and I'm getting very discouraged since I've wasted money and I really liked this product until now. Sponge tip does not dispense any color
I used to regularly buy the Brow Define & Fill duo pencils and they were great; the sponge tip worked reliably and for a long time. This new product is useless as far as the sponge tip goes; I can only use the pencil end, so basically 50% of the product is not usable. I wish Maybelline would go back to making the older product; it was far superior.Hace 3 añosHi there!
