Love the concealer but trying to replace is a huge pain in the patootie. I'd like to get the same shade. But what it says on my container does not match either the old names or the new names. Is Light the same as Light Pale? Are those the correct names? What does 20R303 (that was on the bottom of the container) mean? Is that the color or some manufacturing number? I never understand changing the packaging model numbers on a great product. I don't get repackaging for the sake of change or new formulations for the sake of change. Ps. A new formulation is a new formula; thus making it not the same product, that people really like.This should be easy to replace a beloved product, but it's not. Eraser multi use concealer. Packaging does notwork
Awful. I've had the eraser concealer now for 1 month and cannot for the life of me, get it to work. I've twisted it in the direction of the arrows as advised and it still won't work. I don't know who designs these user unfriendly packaging, but they urgently need to review it otherwise you will lose customers. Unfortunately, I've thrown the receipt away so can't even bring it back to the store I purchased it from. I am so very disappointed.Reply from MaybellineHace 2 mesesHi there!
