    Excellent product, problematic packaging

    Like this product, covers and blends well. The packaging is problematic . Shortly after opening the concealer stopped dispensing thru the narrow tube inside the sponge tip. I banged it vigorously , ran it under hot water. Finally had my husband pry it open . Lots of product inside the bottle but dispenser tube blocked. Please fix this issue .

    NOTHING INSTANT about it-it will NOT come up

    This applicator refuses to work....... I have spent 23 minutes turning and resting ........BUT NOTHING COMES OUT.

    I would absolutely buy this product again and again

    On The Go conceal

    I bought one of these concealers because I've seen it on tiktok how easy it is to apply but mostly for the smooth look, no lie it's in my purse 👛, I use it for everything and I don't even look like I'm wearing it.

    Super easy application but…

    I love the product but oh my goodness is it difficult to open when you get a new bottle. The tape that seals it is almost impossible to remove. So frustrating.

    Bad smell

    I have used this product for years and have loved it. However, the last bottle that I purchased has a distinct smell that is offensive to me. Did the formula change? Did I get an old bottle?

    Never got it to work

    I bought this and opened it and I have twisted it 1000 times and nothing comes out. I've seen this has happened to other people and some reviews said to keep twisting so I've been doing so for 4 days and when I twist it doesn't even make the sound. I really wanted to try it.
