Great Addition to Diet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for ways to get more fiber in my diet since my doctor asked me to do this recently. I found this product an easy way to do it! I just stir it into water and the taste is pleasant enough to drink a couple times a day. You can put it in any kind of liquid though if water isn't your thing. I started with one dose, which is 2 heaping teaspons. Than went to 2 doses a day. Feeling great!

I like that it's easy to prepare by following the instructions in the back of the can. It comes in a very nice plastic can. The product stays fresh that way. I liked the orange flavor it has. That product does not have the chalky taste like others I've tried before. Nice concept

Good way to get fiber.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a senior, I started using this to get more fiber in my diet. I have to say there is a lot of writing on this product. It is hard to find the directions and amount to use on the label. Also, the writing is pretty small. The first time I used it, I put the product into the liquid. This results in not dissolving all the powder correctly. After that, I started pouring the liquid over the powder which worked much better. I found juices to be the best liquid to use it in.
