    Adverse affects

    When I took this product it helped me go to sleep faster than I usually would. But it did not keep me asleep. I got up multiple times throughout the night. I would then go back to sleep shortly after waking up. With that being said even though I woke up throughout the night I did wake up without being groggy or tired from lack of sleep. So what sleep I did get while taking these pills did give me the rest I needed to make it through the day with two small children.

    Helps you drift to sleep

    I found this helpful with falling and staying asleep. It definitely didn't make me groggy in the morning either so I liked that.

    Yes! I can sleep!

    These are amazing! I sleep and I stay asleep and I do not feel hungover in the morning! These are my new go to sleeping help!

    Pleasantly surprised

    I've taken melatonin before and it never really works well. This product was great. It helped me get back to sleep quickly and I was well rated the next day. I didn't feel groggy at all.

    Not Natural

    I wasn't impressed with Midnite Melatonin Time Release due to the amount of chemicals in it. It contains BHT, Silica Dioxide, Blue dye, mineral oil and corn syrup, why? BHT and dyes are not good for you. Sorry but, I wasn't trying this product.

    Absolutely recommend!

    I've been taking melatonin for a long time, and it does help falling asleep, but I wake up after a few hours. Midnight time release melatonin gives me the help to fall asleep and stay asleep because it's time released. I will absolutely be using this brand from now on. It really has improved my sleep and I don't wake up groggy!

    Excellent sleep aid

    This product helped me to fall asleep faster and stay sleeping all night! I usually wake up between 3:00 and 4:00 am, however, on the nights I took MidNite I did not wake up.
