No, there have been no formula changes to Mielle's two Rosemary Mint Oil SKUs since our acquisition by P&G Beauty in March 2023. Since its launch in 2017, Rosemary Mint Oil has been loved by millions and trusted by our Mielle team. We all use it and share it with our friends and family. Is there a lawsuit with Mielle? Recently there have been inaccurate statements shared on social media about our product safety. To clarify, no lawsuit has been filed against Mielle, and we are not involved in any active litigation. Why is my hair falling out when I use Mielle products? Hair shedding is a natural process. According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, it's normal to lose between 50 to 100 hairs per day. Various factors, like hormonal changes, heredity, medications, stress, poor nutrition, and excessive styling, can contribute to increased hair shedding. Our products undergo rigorous and frequent internal and 3rd party testing to ensure their safety and efficacy. Mielle Rosemary Mint Oil and Shampoo have been dermatologically tested for skin safety, and no indications of irritation or sensitization were found. Additionally, these products have been tested for eye compatibility in case of accidental exposure, yielding favorable results. None of the negative experiences alleged have been medically confirmed as health issues caused by our products.
