I really wanted to like this product, but something just doesn't make sense. The Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil claims to contain biotin and glycerin, but as far as I know, both are water-soluble, and this product is clearly made only with oils. There's no water in the formula and no explanation of how those ingredients are supposed to work here. How can water-based ingredients be active or even present in a 100% oil product? To me, this feels misleading. If the biotin and glycerin are just there for marketing, that's not fair to customers who are expecting real results from them. Disappointed and a bit skeptical about the honesty of the label. Biotin and glycerin are water-soluble, but they can still provide benefits in an oil-based formula. Glycerin, for instance, acts as a humectant, helping to draw moisture to your hair and scalp, even when mixed with oils. Biotin is included for its nourishing properties, which can support hair health. While glycerin is water-soluble, it's also miscible in many oils, meaning it can dissolve and mix with them. The formula contains carrier oils that are suitable for glycerin to dissolve in. The carrier oils can also act as a vehicle for biotin and glycerin. So while they're water-soluble, they can still be effective in an oil blend! Truly hope this sheds some light! Great scent, does what it says
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works good! I enjoyed the rosemary and mint feeling on my scalp and it had some noticeable growth and strengthening effects. My hair seemed healthier, hopefully not a placebo effect.
