It seems to work well, even without all the additives and extra ingredients of some of the big name brands. The nighttime formula seems to be very calming. With all the dyes and extra unneeded ingredients in other products I feel much better giving something like this to my kids when they're sick. I also like the fact that there's elderberry which is a natural immunity booster, and chamomile for sleep aid in the night time.
