    Nose congestion and sore throat

    The vapor helps my nose. I've been having allergies and nose bleeds (sorry TMI!), but I've had less after buying the product. However, my throat still hurts from crying too much due to mental health issues and talking.

    Surprisingly Quiet

    I was surprised at how quiet the replacement is. The original unit was always noisy, and it would leak sometimes. I was pleased at how fast MyPudrmist sent me a replacement. It is quiet, and doesn't leak.

    Wrong plug

    This was so expensive and it came with the wrong country plug. I'm in the US and it came with an Australian plug. The store would not let me return it.
