Convenient All in One Solution
I previously had been using two solutions, NeilMed and Navage to help with my Desert Storm Burn Pit Syndrome. Since I started using Nasal Fresh, I can complete a treatment with only one solution. Impressive wash and suction. It does leave excess water that needs to drain from your sinuses. I only wish it could completely remove all the the solution. Amazing device, amazing support
This device works as advertised. Takes a bit of learning though. If you feel like the water gets in your ear canals/and don't see waste water filling into the lower tank, that is because the suction side is sealed into your nostril. The suction side should be almost outside of the nostril so that it can collect waste water without clamping onto the inner nostril due to the strong vacuum. Their saline formulation is also really good (i am comparing to a different brand). The first unit I had broke down after few uses, but they replaced it for free!! They were very responsive about it (normal business days only though, which is fine). After some getting used to, this device is surely gonna work for you. Great design, not-so-great execution and build quality
I have used both NasalFresh and Navage. NasalFresh is a superior design for the user experience, but Navage's production quality is tangibly much better. Specifically, NasalFresh's "remote," hose-connected nasal interface is far more comfortable and effective than Navage's built-in nasal "pillows" which require specific and awkward head angles in order to drain the entire supply tank. NasalFresh's multiple speeds, and the ability to use salt packets instead of Navage's proprietary (and very expensive) "salt pod" are also significant benefits. However, my NasalFresh began leaking badly from somewhere inside the main body only three weeks after I received it, so I tossed it and got a Navage. The Navage feels noticeably sturdier and more durable, and appears to rely less on rubber gaskets and other parts that may wear over time. Although the user experience is inferior to NasalFresh, it's adequate; and I am convinced the Navage will last much longer without degrading, so I'm disinclined to buy another NasalFresh.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nasalfreshmd.com
