I don't have my receipts. And I didn't register the unit. But about six months ago I bought my first unit. The action button quit working so around the first of April it bought a second unit. Great machine

6 months into owning and it quit working
In the middle of the night I was awaken by a loud, high pitched "almost like a fire alarm" sound eminating from the nasal fresh machine. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to stop…. . all this at 2 in the morning…. . I ended up putting a towel around it and sticking it in a closet so I could go back to sleep…. . in the morning it had stopped so i spend some time trying to "turn it back on"……plugged in the charging cord……. waited thinking that it might "work" again…. . it didn't……. . The device created more congestion for me!
I had high hopes for this device-I previously bought another highly touted device a couple of years ago with the same results. Regardless of the force--I tried all three settings-after the nasal wash, my upper sinuses became more, not less congested. It's just ok. Nothing that normal saline solution wouldn't do
I've had the unit now for about 2 weeks. My sinuses are normally mostly clogged all the time. I use this before bed to try and breath better. I don't get a ton of junk out when I use it and my sinuses do clear for about 2-3 hours. At that time everything clogs again. I guess I was expecting better results. I was using just normal saline solution, and it provided the same results at a much cheaper cost.
