    Good sleep

    The 5 mg time release is usually enough for me, but this is good for some nights if not trying to get up too early.

    No groggy feeling.

    This works really well & if you take it an hour or two before bed you do not feel groggy at all when you wake up 7 hours later. My issue is not falling asleep but staying asleep so I like the long lasting action.

    Helps me sleep natually

    I take it 30 min to an hour before bedtime and it helps me drift off naturally and there is no hung over feeling the next day.
