My mother is using Melatonin to get into sleep time to time. She tried different types of Melatonin products. Has been helpful but less so with continued use.
Generally, like Melatonin as a non-addictive, mon -prescription sleep aid. With my PCP's recommendation, I raised the dose to 10 my per night. Works for me!
I take 1 tablet nightly, and this form of melatonin cause me to sleep the whole night. Other non-time release forms don’t work nearly as well. Doesn’t work as well
My last purchase of melatonin was different. They were dissolvable. And I liked them a lot better. These don’t seem to be as effective when you swallow them.1 users found this review helpful.
