Are You Choline Deficient?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good supplement if your diet is low in Choline. Choline is an essential nutrient that has been studied and recommended to support memory. After taking it for a couple of weeks, I don't see much of a difference, but my diet already provides quite a bit of choline from natural sources.

I’ll continue taking it

It's been a week since I started taking it, so I think it is too early to see results. I just can say that capsules are big for me, but it doesn't make me nauseous, so I'll be continue taking it. Hopefully it will help to improve my mood, attention and memory as advertised.

Pretty big pills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These 800 mg Choline capsules are pretty big to swallow and you have to take 3 per day. I have not felt a difference yet, but it usually does take a few bottles to feel a difference. I just can't get over how big they are.

A difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as soon as I got this product I started taking it so that I could give it an honest review and much to my surprise I have noticed a difference in my memory capabilities. It has also helped me focus a bit more than what I use to. It definitely worked for me.

Something we need as we grow old
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a bottle of Nature Made Choline Capsules from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I've got the 800mg bottle, with 60capsules in it. This claims to support focused attention, memory, mood, and muscle health. It doesn't have any preservative, is gluten free and vegetarian too. This supplement is Pharmacist recommended. You just need 3capsules daily with water and meal. It's a bit much for me since I'm kind of having hard time swallowing capsules. I didn't see much difference yet, but this is something that we need as we grow old. Though, I'll probably look for the gummy/tablet form.

Great for liver health!

Great for gym goers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking two choline capsules after gym everyday. Here is what I noticed: - I feel much more productive. Usually I like to nap in the afternoon. I havent needed one since I started taking Choline - my muscles feel less sore the next day after a workout. This helps me go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week instead of 4. - I feel more focused and alert when I am doing tasks or working out. This helps me avoid injuries.
