Essential for fetal brain development!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently learned that choline isn't the sufficient amount within most prenatal viatmins, even though it is essential for fetal brain development. You can also get a good amount of choline from animal-based products like chicken breasts and hard boiled eggs, but so many women are not getting enough choline from food. This supplement was perfect for providing a sufficient amount of choline in an easy pill form.

Highly recommend

Surprisingly works

Still too soon to say..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's still too soon to say if these make a difference in memory or mood but they certainly aren't hurting either. Also they don't make me nauseous when I take them like most supplements do so that's a plus.Maybe after a month I'll know if it truly makes a difference. I never knew the importance of choline until now.

Daily use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is something that you would use daily I am a week into this I do feel my focusing of certain things becoming more useful. This product does seem to work like I said, I have only been this for a week. It seems to be working. I can focus a little bit better instead of losing you know well focus exactly what we're talking about so far seems to be doing what it's supposed to.
