I feel more focused, I recover better in the gym muscularly and I feel a little more energy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could be a good thing. I will have to see how it is in the long run. It is said to help with focus, mood and muscle control. I am excited to see if this will be a great addition to my adhd medication since i already have issues staying focused. It cant hurt to see what happens, especially since its supposed to also be great for nervous system function.
