gives me a restful sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a hard time falling asleep at night and been looking for melatonin that is in a form of gummies. And I am so happy I found these. It's chewable and has a great strawberry flavor. I have a problem swallowing pills and this works for me. I like that it's free of artificial sweeteners and there's no high fructose corn syrup added to it. I take it it 1 hour before bedtime and it will help you fall asleep in no time. It also gives me a restfull sleep with no interuption. I am so well rested that gives me more energy to work. Work really well for me

Some brands I've tried simply don't work and they taste awful, but these have a really pleasant strawberry taste and they're nice and soft.
