Bad MelatoninReviewed 1 year agoCaution: DO NOT PURCHASE. CAUSES DIARRHEA.
CAUTION: The #1 ingredient is XYLITOL -produces painful gas and explosive diarrhea within 20 min of consumption.. Not the result anyone wants or needs as you prepare for sleep. DO NOT GIVE TO KIDS. Not bad tasting

Not good for my body
I purchased a bottle of 70 because I believed that Nature Made was a high quality product. but within hours of taking one 5mg gummy I had pulsing in the veins on the left side of my head. It went away after a day so on the third day I took another and immediately it happened again. I then googled "Sugar Alcohol" and saw that 2 of the 6 types of Sugar Alcohol can cause clotting.
