D-3 Animal or Plant Based?
My Doctor recommenced I take 4000iu of D-3 daily so included these with my daily vitamins. After doing some research about the D-3 sources used by most manufacturers, I find out that most use lanolin. Since your supplement facts does not state the source of the D-3 I have to assume you are not using plant based source. Also the fact that it contains soybean oil I decided to try other products that verify plant based source and no vegetable oil.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on naturemade.com - Verified purchaseReviewed 3 months ago0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on naturemade.com

Easy to take
Pretty tiny supplement so it is easy to take. I have no idea if it’s working or not but will hopefully feel it in the winter when it’s grey outside!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on naturemade.com
