    I've taken Glucosamine Chondroitin for years with wonderful results. My doctor agrees it works well for me, however not everyone has the same benefits as I. For a number of reasons, age, being one, I am avoiding knee replacement. I also gel injections every 6 mos,. The two work together to give me the mobility I need

    Not for me. But could help others

    I am always looking for supplements instead of turning to medication. I tried this and did not find it helpful for me. I gave it time but I did not notice a difference. Easy to swallow and there was no taste to it. Packaging is good and the price is good for the amount as well. Just not for me
