I was hoping for some help sleeping as I have recently been having trouble in my shoulders which has been keeping me up at night. I use vitamins daily and other supplements and have high regard for their value in fighting cholesterol, colds, immunity problems, etc. Unfortunately, maybe because I tried the higher dosage available, I found I felt kind of zombie like during the night, and was not comfortable with that. I buy most of my vitamins, health protein bars and drinks, in addition to other items from CVS, and have always been satisfied. This one just didn't work for me. My shoulder issue has begun to lessen with stretches and castor oil rubs, so I will not be trying melatonin in the future. I still rate CVS a 10. Sleep 3-4 hours

Very effective and safe
I love these sleep gummies. Normally I don't like sleeping pills, but these gummies are natural and only have 5mg of melatonin. This product has been a great ally at bedtime. I have been sleeping like an angel and I have no side effects. I wake up really well and in a good mood. The taste is also very good and within 30 minutes of consuming the gummies I start to feel tired and sleep through the night. This is the best product ever invented on the market to help you sleep in my opinion. Pretty good value! Getting multiple functions in one supplement. Helps me sleep and I love the added collagen.
