I've been taking these gummies for a few weeks, and while I enjoy the fruity taste and they're easy to take, I haven't seen much difference in my hair or nails yet. My nails still break pretty easily, and my hair hasn't felt any stronger. I do like that it's a fun way to take biotin, and the texture is nice-not too sticky or sugary. But for me, the results didn't really match the hype. Perfect
These hair and skin gummy's have had my hair and skin looking so good. My hair has never looked so shiny before and my skin is super clear. It all happened with him three months of taking it. Not Super Great
Not my favorite hair skin nail gummies. They don't taste very great, and they stick together a lot. I never noticed a difference when i started to use these, and they were the first i tried. The artificial strawberry flavoring is awful. These taste really great so out makes taking vitamins super easy! And I do feel that it's effective if I'm consistent enough with it.
