In my case, I find they help me relax quickly and get a restful sleep. However, it's important to take them well in advance, because if I take them too late or continue watching TV, I experience drowsiness without making the most of it. Price: Considering their effectiveness and the number of gummies in the package, I think they're a good value for money. Side effects: If I don't go to bed soon after taking them, I can feel a little sleepy the next day, so I recommend taking them well in advance and allowing my body to relax naturally. Ingredients: I like that they're vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Plus, the berry flavor is pleasant, making them easy to consume. Packaging: The packaging is practical and easy to open. I like that it has a secure cap, yet is easy to use.

    Really works

    Loved them

    Great supplements for rest

These gummies were not only great in taste but the shape as well made it easy to chew as they're flat and a round perfect size. For as many as you get in the container, you will have enough for the times you need the help of sleeping. Not everyone produces enough melatonin when they eat or in their bodies so sometimes supplements such as this nature's truth melatonin 10 MG can help. Sleep or rest when your body is worn down at my age can be tough, so I use these to help me out when I need rest.

    It does it's Job

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of the melatonin is pretty good I didn't have any problems falling asleep after taking it. The taste was good but it had a little bitter aftertaste. I do think that if you purchase it it'll be a good buy especially if you struggle with sleeping.

    Finally a full night of sleep with these!

    Works good almost too good. Don’t take too late!

I like that they are made with simple ingredients and they get the job done although I do not recommend taking them too late. The bottle comes with 70 and you take two at a time. I received this melatonin in exchange for an honest review. These are made for adults.
