Thicker than regular saline spray
More expensive but it's a gel it protects longer does not run out quickly as in regular saline sprays. Good if you have overly dry nasal passages like me3 users found this review helpful.

Great product
I tried the store brand and it was to thin and watery but, cheaper. This is more expensive but, the quality is better and moisturizing the sinus cavities last longer. I would highly recommend this product all year round from dry weather and heat in the winter to the dry cool air from air conditioning in the summer. Just like your skin and hands, the sinuses need to be protected and moisturized, this product does that. Relieves dry nose
I mostly use this in the winter when my nose gets dry. It works better than saline spray because it is thicker.1 users found this review helpful.
