This company has received citations by the FDA for contaminated equipment and they have had to recall their products. Too late for me though. I used their product and it triggered an ear infection that turned into chronic fluid in the ears that is still unresolved 1 year later. Neil Med system has proven for me to be a real sinus solution. I've been a loyal user since before COVID.
