    numerous failures of the product within 8 months

    3 areas failed! First never bend the sleeve to get it off...slide it off after separating the gel contact points Peeling it off will stress the metal stiffeners on each side and sperate the sewed seam Also the stitching around the knee patella separated Went through warranty process for replacement UK corporate answer was they warranty for 30 days but that is it. I use every day on a bone on bone keen it did not hold up Realistic life of product is 6-9 months if you follow the rules above Forget about any product failure warranty coverage
