I play a lot of golf and tennis/pickle ball and this support has really helped minimize the tennis and golfers elbow I have flare ups of a day after playing. It is super lightweight and not bulky at all. It doesn't inhibit or interfere with my mobility or movement. Using this elbow support was great support for any kind of elbow problem and was very comfortable to wear even for an extended amount of time. really helps with tennis elbow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a long-standing tennis elbow/arm issue. i have tried creams anti inflamatorys and other braces that claim to help ( they do not) this one seems to actually make the pain go away for some time its been two days and ive felt no pain.
