Best brace I've ever owned, very easy to get on, very stable. The only downfall is you have to wear some type of long socks or have a compression sock over your knee and joint area. I wear my brace 12-15 hours a day and I will say it does aggravate the back of your knee, however this is a great knee braces 😬it stabilizes well and if you only use it for short periods of time you could probably get by with no socks. I have arthritis in both knees and without these braces my knees hurt transversing up steps, and down steps. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a stable knee brace. Especially Good beside the side movement. The patella donut on the front definitely protects the kneecap as well. Great Knee brace to Pickleball
I use this brace for Pickleball. I have good knees and don't want to have bad knees. I used to feel a twinge here and there. Not as advertised

This support features flexible spiral stays on either side of the knee, designed to help the knee be supported in lateral motion. This doesn't mean that it will stop the knee moving in this direction, more that it will help the knee return to a neutral position once it has moved, and that it will support the knee during this motion. If you are looking for a support which will prevent lateral motion you may wish to consider our Hinged Open Knee Support, which features solid metal hinges on either side of the knee.
