Found a debris in Jar.
We love this Coffee since our teenage days. Recently with our Mom visiting, we purchased a 7oz Jar Dark Roast Instant coffee. Oddly after using it for a week now, we noticed an odd shaped small debris in this jar. I have taken pictures for reference.Reply from nescafepwrHace 8 mesesWe take situations like this very seriously and would like to follow up with you about this. Please be on the lookout for an email from our team shortly.Saludos,nescafepwr0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nescafe.com - JonahCompra verificadaReviewed 2 years ago
great with tons of pesticides? were is it grown?
Love the taste! Having hard time finding out location grown in and amount of pesticides used in process. Seems big mystery which is making me think tons of pesticides. Does anyone know?Reply from nescafepwrHace 8 mesesWe understand your concern and will be glad to supply more details. We want to make sure our coffees are created responsibly, using methods that don't just take care of the people who make them, but also the world we live in. In 2010, we started the NESCAFÉ Plan, a global initiative that guarantees the future supply of coffee through responsible farming and sustainable production of coffee. This comprehensive scheme is designed to positively influence the coffee value chain. Through it, we ensure that our actions are having a positive impact in the livelihoods of coffee farmers/workers, their communities and landscapes. Nestlé has worked through the IDH (Dutch Sustainable trade initiative), with other coffee manufacturers as part of the SCP (Sustainable Coffee Programme) to eliminate the use of harmful chemicals. Moreover, our practices get audited by independent organizations like PAN (Pesticide Action Network) who assure no banned substances are used in our supply chains. NESCAFÉ Clasico is 100% pure coffee, made from a blend of selected coffee beans (both Arabica and Robusta). Coffee beans used in the production of NESCAFÉ Clasico can be sourced from South and Central America as well as select Asian growers.Saludos,nescafepwr0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nescafe.com - TarunCompra verificadaReviewed 2 years ago
No nutritional information/caffeine content
There's no information on the caffeine content. It's not available on their website and the smart label QR code on the back leads to a page that doesn't exist0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nescafe.com - LadynadaCompra verificadaReviewed 2 years ago

"Que está Pasando?"
What is happening to Nescafé Clásico? My household normally buys five to seven large jars of this coffee because we we used to love the taste! And we just couldn't get enough of it! But of lately the last couple of months this coffee has no flavor or just taste terrible altogether! It taste like they are pouring whatever is left over after burning the beans! I don't know if it's a high demand or what but NesCafe corporation take heed because you're losing what you stand on!Reply from nescafepwrHace 8 mesesWe appreciate you and your household choosing this coffee, but we're sorry to learn that lately it hasn't had any flavor or has tasted terrible! That isn't what we want you to expect so we'll be emailing you shortly.Saludos,nescafepwr0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nescafe.com - RicardoCompra verificadaReviewed 2 years ago
White points inside the coffee
Hello, what those white points or crystals inside the coffee? I read that it is 100% coffee. ThanksReply from nescafepwrHace 8 mesesThanks for sharing your photo! If coffee is stored near warm or hot temperatures, it can cause the caffeine to leach out of the coffee and form crystals on the surface. They'll dissolve right back into the coffee when hot water is added.Saludos,nescafepwr0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on nescafe.com
