Love this cream! Goes on like a gel and is super moisturizing and hydrating. It's long lasting and I definitely felt like my eyes were more firm and awake. Gives it a cooling gel feeling. Affordable. Leave skin around the eyes area moist. Not sure about the darkness. But definitely help with dryness. Eye cream are often expensive. Neutrogena makes great quality drug store facial skin products. Incredibly hydrating just after a few uses. No strong smell and very fast absorption. Texture is gel like smooth.
