Removes Build-up
This is great for removing build-up on my scalp. It helps prevent flakes and gets rid of dandruff. It has 3% Salicylic acid. I use it when my scalp starts itching after using a lot of different products. It relieves itch and removes excess buildup. It is gentle and keeps working after I have rinsed it off. T/Sal therapeutic shampoo-scalp build-up control
T/sal Works very wELL, BUT you must use a conditioner like vanicare gentle with it because your hair gets very dry. the smell of t/sal shampoo is horrible enough that a woman behind me in line told me I smelled horrible and asked if I had just sealed my driveway !!!!!!!!! mIND YOU, i HAD JUST SHOWERED USING NON SCENTED SOAP, had ON CLEAN CLOTHES, AND NO PERFUME. THE SMELL WAS COMING FROM MY HAIR. WHEN I GOt TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE, SHE SAID OMG YOU STINk, did you just go by an area being paved? I ASKED HER TO SMELL MY HAIR. SHE WAS LITERALLY SO GROSSED OUT WE HAD TO SIT OUTSIDE. I now know i can only use it if i am in my home without visitors!! fix the smell and you would have a great product. Worth a try!!
Awhile a go, i noticed that i had started to have dandruff. I had started out with the classical head and shOulders everyone recommends for dandruff, but it didnt work out for me too well. After washing, i noticed that i still had VISIBLE flakes AND JUST DIDNT GET RID OF THEM LIKE I HAD HOPED. Eventually my mother had brough home a bottle of tsal And claimed it was sure to fix my issues that i had been experiencing. I have only used it twice and this hands down is the best shampoo for dandruff. My dan stays away for longer and i no longer see the post shower flakes in my hair!! It’s fine

We looked for a long time for a product to help with my son's dandruff, this was the only product that worked! There is a tingle feeling letting you know it is working! Subtle scent is not strong! I have been experienceing horrible scalp tenderness and irritation. Someone suggested that i give this shampoo a try and it has completely changed my scalp condition.
