But in the long run it's the physical motions that's hard to get by. Packaging is convenient to stick in your pocket or a purse. Definitely follow the warnings because it will make you have messed up dreams.

    What are you waiting on!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With nicotine addiction getting harder and harder to beat. I swear by these patches! The cost of nicoderm patches is no where close to the monthly or annual cost of smoking. If you want to kick the smoking habit then hard work with some will power and these patches are where you start. These smell pleasant and have are pcaged well for everyday storage! I highly recommend these!

    Great product

    Effective way to quit smoking!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be absor effectively and sticks well. The slim packaging is easy to keep on you and is a great value. Doesn't seem to have a smell so no one will know you are wearing them.

    This system works!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now, & since I smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day, step 2 was where I needed to start. You leave the patch on for 24 hrs, so I applied to my arm before bed. The patch is clear which I like, so it's not very noticeable. I've been wearing the patches for 2 weeks & haven't had any side effects. My cravings for cigarettes have reduced tremendously. I might smoke a cigarette a day if any at all. I was a little skeptical at first if these would work. Definitely recommend for anyone who's wanting to stop smoking, product works as advertised.

    If you want to quit, these DO work!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no magic way to give up nicotine, but these are pretty close. If you truly want to quit, these are phenomenal. The habit/act of using your preferred nicotine delivery system remains but the patches honestly do take away the actual craving. If you can keep your mind busy and use these properly, you can leave leave nicotine behind. I've tried a few different systems (gum, pouches, etc), these are the only ones that worked for me. 10/10

    Good

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never tried that patch. I quit smoking when I started vaping. I think I just grabbed my vape out of habit, not because I needed it. But it definitely worked. I had to scrub where I put the patch because it left a sticky residue after I removed it.

    Second to none
