Really did not think that was possible as I have been smoking for 15 years. This product is amazing not only did the patches help with cravings but they helped with my moods as well. My husband was surprised I wasn't way more irritable and cranky especially the first few days. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone that is wanting to quit smoking. Great help on my journey to become smoke free.

To sum it up nicely I would recommend these patches for a smoker whom is ready to kick the habit in the butt. Wearing these patches everyday for the past 3 weeks has help tremendously with reducing the number of cigarettes I light up a day.
