[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Nicorette Ice Mint Coated Lozenges 2 mg. They definitely help me with my Nicotine cravings. I am able to go without cigarettes for a longer period of time. I do get the hiccups as soon as I take these though. I have tried only doing half a lozenge as well. 1 of these has as much Nicotine as 1 cigarette. I've noticed that I have cut back on smoking a bit while using these. They help curb that craving. It's tough because I have had pretty limited success with so many cessation products out there. So far these have been proving to be the exception. Whenever a craving occurs I pop one of these and it's subsided. Great flavor and highly effective for quitting!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for the past 4 weeks after deciding it's time to quit and they really are effective with helping with cravings! Compared to generic brands of lozenges, these stay whole while and use and do not get "mushy" like competitors. The flavor is refreshing, not overly strong or pungent and it's nice to have minty breath rather than cigarette breath. The travel container is convenient and makes them easy to carry in your pocket when you need them.
