Like the other reviewers, I loved the original formula and even have paid a premium to buy it from people who stockpiled it. Please bring back the original product
I bought the maximum hydration balm and I regret to tell you that the fragrance of the new version is not good. Why would you change the original when it was loved by all? PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGNAL FORMULA!!!
I think the old formula was called Replenishing Post Shave Balm, and it was vastly superior to your new product. It worked and smelled so much better. My wife loved the smell of the original formula, and when I bought this and started to use it, not only did I notice it wasn't as good, but she was like, "what is that smell... i don't like it..." So disappointed, and I see from many of the other reviews that I'm not alone. I'm wondering if you guys read any of these. Too watery. Runs off the face and the hand like...
Hard to apply a decent amount on the face, just runs off. Down the face and down the hand and arm. Moisturizes slightly better than water, but I still need to re-apply mid-day. Smell is good. Now unuseable for sensitive skin.
Besides screwing the bottle top up which I could live with, you have now added more alcohol to the product. Very evident for us with sensitive skin. Was my favorite skin after shave balm. Now I will no longer be able to use this product. The lower alcohol content was what set this apart from the other face irritating products. The old formula was my first aftershave and I soon realized it would remain my aftershave for as long as I'd live. It felt amazing and smelled even better. That was, until the old formula was discontinued. The new formula, however, comes nowhere close. And that's an understatement. I don't want my face to smell like baby wipes. And that's what the new formula smells like. It's the antithesis of what I want my face feeling like and makes me feel like the opposite of a man. Please listen to feedback and stop the baby wipe aftershave.
